Four steps to better meetings:

1. Queue Up

Have something to say? Add yourself to the queue and reserve your turn to speak. You’ll never get skipped, you’ll never get interrupted, and you’ll never have to interrupt.

Plus: Write your subject in your queue card, and we’ll take care of remembering your idea.

2. Ask questions

Have a question for another speaker? Add your question to their queue while they’re talking. No more worries about getting skipped, forgetting your subject, or being off-topic.

3. Show your support

If you hear an idea that resonates with you, let your teammates know. Add a comment or reaction to encourage them without stealing their spotlight.

4. Keep moving

Once the current speaker resolves questions and comments, the queue moves on and the next person in line gets their turn.
